About us

Avanport is a flagship project and an outpost of modern hospitality on the threshold of the water element. This is a new 4‑star hotel on the riverbank, scheduled to open in July 2026.

The rooms offer panoramic views of Nizhny Novgorod: the river, the Chkalovskaya Staircase, the Kremlin and the cable car. The hotel has cozy new rooms, well—thought-out infrastructure and top-level service. The space is universal: there is a conference room with panoramic windows, and a restaurant with a view of the water.

The Fregat Bor Yacht Club is located nearby. Hotel guests can book a gazebo or a tent and stroll around its territory.

The yacht club "Fregat Bor" offers:

• gazebos with a barbecue;
• restaurant with a view of the yacht marina;
• water rental (SUP‑boards, catamarans, a boat without a captain);
• yacht and boat trips with the captain;
• sailing school "The Power of the wind".
